Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

      • Key Responsibilities : 1:Candidate should be able to deliver L2 operations on EMC VNX and Unity Storage systems 2: LUN/Volume provisioning, expansion and reclamation 3:Daily health checks and reporting 4:Zoning and switch level troubleshooting activities 5:Storage end troubleshooting 6:Capacity reporting 7:Attending meetings and troubleshooting calls 8:Performing firmware upgrades
      • Technical Experience : 1:Strong technical knowledge in Shared and Dedicated SAN technology, troubleshooting methodologies, design, and implementation 2:Able to resolve problems in a timely manner, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 3:Solid SAN experience in a complex customer service orientated Windows, Virtual and Linux environment 4:Experience with NetApp Cluster mode ,EMC Unity, EMC Recoverpoint administration
