Basic understanding of mail flow and network Basic understanding of Active Directory (ID creation, modification, deletion, password reset) Basic understanding of Exchange/ADFS/IIS/Domino/Linux/hybrid Environment (Will be value Add) Experience of Office 365 administration Portal/Message Trace/Mail Management/Mail queue. Monitor SMTP and Exchange servers Perform daily health-check of servers Excellent customer service and telephonic support, and experience in a professional service environment. Must have Good Verbal and written communications skills. Must have very strong troubleshooting/Problem solving skills. Engineer should have minimum 1 year of experience on DTOP/Server/ application troubleshooting.
