  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a : Integrated Monitoring using Grafana AppDynamics b : Manage Application deployment in PROD Environment c : Automated Application and Database Deployments using CI/CD Pipelines
      • Technical Experience : a : Good Understanding in RHEL CentOS, Hypervisors, Virtual networking, Storage SAN, and Virtual Machines on ESXi b : Able to deal with third-party and service providers whenever required over phone and email c : Good knowledge and able to work independent in DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Hashicorp vault, etc d : Good analytic and troubleshooting skills to fix various build and environments specific issues e : Good knowledge on Application security, SSL functions
