    • Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
    • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Mainly to handle cloud operations on GCP /AWS, especially managing ECS / GKE enviornments running on ECS /GKE clusters-CaaS Docker 2 Understand the application stack and assist reduction of repeated failures 3 Troubleshoot any failures on application delivery and restore them 4 Perform any day to day activities to make sure the availability of applications running on ECS/GKE 5 Effectively involve on any technical escalations and resolve them by collaborating with other SMEs
        • Technical Experience : 1 Well versed with container networking and storage interfaces 2 Orchestrate Container deployment, scaling and Mangemen 3 Monitoring, remediation in Provisioning / deprovisioning / scaling resources in run in ECS /GKE 4 Backups and restoration management in Kubernates 5 Log Management, Replication / DR management if in kubernates 6 Infra performance tuning Using native tools available in kubernetes 7 Expertise provisioning automation with Terraform/Ansible and CI/CD pipeline
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication and interpersonal skills 2 Strong writting skills and stackholder management 3 Excellent problem-solving skills and mitigate technical issues
        • Educational Qualification : BTech/BE
      • Additional Information : Docker or Kubernetes certification Google / AWS Certified Professional Solution Architect
