Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Design and implement EMC Unity NetApp storage systems including installation, configuration, software upgrades, and storage provisioning 2 Administer Fibre Channel SAN fabrics, including installation, configuration, zoning, software upgrades, and maintenance of switches 3 Design and Configure Replication for Disaster Recovery using Recovery point and SnapMirror 4 Plan and implement best practices for NAS and SAN solutions 5 Create and update documentation for storage procedures
      • Technical Experience : 1 Should have sound experience in EMC Unity, Data ONTAP, High Availability, Disk technologies, RAID Levels, Flashpool and Flexclone 2 Good knowledge on CIFS, NFS, ISCSI and FCP protocols 3 Experience with installation, configuration and management of storage arrays and switches expected 4 Experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches 5 Experience on Storage Pools, Tiering, LUN masking and zoning 6 Proven skills in understanding customer storage requirements, implementing Fiber Channel and iSCSI
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills 2 Strong time management skills, problem solving and analytical skills 3 Due to the 24X7 operations of the business, must be able to work a flexible work schedule, may include nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Educational Qualification : 15 years of mandatory education as per Accenture Standards
