Job Description

  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Configure and install network devices/services eg, routers, switches, load balancers, VPN, QoS,VRF,WIFI 2 24/7 support 3 Perform network maintenance and system code upgrades, patches 4 Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning 6 Provide Level-2 support 7 Work within established configuration and change management policies 8 Coordination with vendor/ISP
      • Technical Experience : 1 Routing and Switching experience with Cisco IOS and NX-OS Cisco 2900, 3900, ASR, 3750, 4500, 6500, Nexus 2k/5k/7k/9k,2 load balancing implementation experience F5,RADWARE,3 Good understanding of TCP/IP and routing protocols BGP and OSPF,4 Understanding of VLAN, SVI, STP, VDC, VPC 5 Understanding of WAN OPTIMIZERS and WIFI technologies 6 Ability to troubleshoot network and system connectivity issues
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 2 Must be able to work independently or as a contributing member to the team 3 Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members 4 Ability to multitask and prioritize workload 5 Customer oriented temperament
      • Educational Qualification : Graduate
    • Additional Information : 1 3-5 years experience in a network environment as a network engineer 2 Cisco certification
