Job Description

    * Roles and responsibilities
    • Demonstrating strong understanding of the CSR volunteering areas and capturing the CSR related data of all the pillars
    • Interacting with various CSR SPOCs, NGO Staff, Admin, finance, and others for coordinating various CSR related initiatives and data.
    • Work with the CSR leads to run the existing CSR programmes
    • MIS and data maintenance of all the CSR related records
    • Good understanding of MS excel, Power point and prior experience of data analysis would be considered as an added advantage
    • Own the Volunteering dashboard and publish it monthly. In line with this Work with the core team to ensure appropriate capturing of employee participation via volunteering attendance sheets.
    • Own the volunteering expense budget and coordinate with Finance/Admin on invoices, expense payments and allocations to all the entities. Ensure that the Expense budget is fully utilized in a given fiscal year.
    • Coordinate with team and generate an internal financial MI (monthly) with regards to Fund deployment and CSR volunteering spend by legal entity, KGS, KRC and GDC. This same MI will be used for Board of Directors and other leadership reporting
    • Coordinate with the Communication Team to ensure that the CSR Portal is up to date
    • Any other as and when required.
    Experience & Qualifications:
    • Minimum Bachelors/master s degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Social Sciences, or any other relevant field.
    • 3-5 years of professional experience in handling data management and CSR
    Behavioral / team skills
    • Willing to work hard, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
    • Strong analytical and advisory skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work in fast moving and demanding environment.
    • Strong commitment, multi-tasking, and team player.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (including strong presentation skills).
    • Highly proficient in MS Office (especially in excel, word and power point)
