Planning the civil maintenance activities of the plant and machinery structures, internal and external to shop floor roads ( Like factory shed, rain water circuit, floor, roads, equipment foundation, chimneys etc.) on regular basis to extend the machine life. Effective maintenance planning to optimize machine intervention period. Debottle necking activities of the civil aspects of all key equipments and buildings.Control R&M expenditure to meet the target by monitoring operating costs and ensuring corrective actions as necessary.Planning , monitoring and controlling spares inventory to improve operating costs.Initiate proactive measures through periodical audits and condition monitoring of all plant and machinery structures.Identify the needs for technology improvement and acquiring new assets through knowledge upgradation and interactions.Planning and monitoring of capex projects within budgeted time and cost meeting targeted deliverablesTo improve stability of structures of the plant.Ensure Compliance to ISO 14001Ensure Statutory Compliance w.r.t. conditions of Pollution Control BoardImprove Environmental performance of the Plant through specific projectsReduction of Plant Water Consumption and DischargeTo maintain all the documents of ISO 9000-2000, ISO-14000, OHSAS-18000 for EPD departmentClose and take corrective action for all the NCR’s during external or internal audits.To implement in-house developments for energy saving activitiesMonitor and eliminate the unsafe acts and conditions for zero accidents and incidents in the Dept.100% compliance with statutory requirements for structures and building (as applicable)Ensure safety plans are adhered to as applicable in the department with respective safety sub committee.
