Hiring for Back office - Pune and KolkataResponsibilitiesPerforming Service Assurance daily operationsTo configure Telecom fixed services for Enterprise customers on ISP networkTroubleshooting services like Enterprise Broadband, MPLS, Landline, IPTV, SIP, PRI/BRI, wireless VAS services, SDH e.t.cTo interact with field engineer and customers for service testing.To call customers for appointments and service confirmation.Knowledge and SkillsGood Networking Knowledge.Candidates should have previous exposure to fields like; Cisco, Juniper, MSAN, Huawei, Nokia-ALU, Nortel, FTTM, DSLAM, Mobile based VAN services. Should hold excellent technical knowledge in at least one of the technologyCandidate should have good hands-on experience of troubleshooting on fiber, copper and wireless technologies (configuring services on NMS, router/Aggregator/switches/PE, OLTs and CPEs)CCNA/CCNP certified associates would be preferredBasic MS Office SkillsGood Communication SkillsMinimum Bachelor Degree in relevant stream like B.Sc, B.Tech, B.E, or relevant technical experienceAnalytical thinkingAdditional Details:Shift Time: 24 *7.Associate should be flexible for split week offs.send your CVnikita.latinum@gmail.com
