Job Description

Area Sales Manager (PSD) - EastTo manage Personal Safety business for West Bengal, Orissa, Chhatisgarh in East India.Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue plan for the division in assigned territory.Build account level plan to manage key account business. Build relationship with key stake holders at account level.Manage and grow specific direct end customer business.Improve penetration in identified growth accounts. Identify more new growth accounts through enhanced territory coverageDevelop and execute territory coverage plan with the distributors.Servicing customer requirements related to product demonstrations, technical queries, application development etc.Execution of sales coverage model by developing account visit plan and driving DSRs.Collaborating with Application Engineer for delivering technical expertise to the customer.Execution of local and area marketing plans at an account and territory level.Fulfilling SFDC goals. Updating regularly in SFDC for activities, opportunity management, leads and campaigns.Improve placement and penetration at trade counters.To keep a close eye on the competitive activities. Keep updating HO team with relevant competitive information.,
