In this role you will get an unique opportunity to optimize large scale operational problems. You will also be expected to carry out data analysis to identify the root cause of various problems in operations and also suggest the correct methodology to be followed in order to ensure that this problem does not occur again. This role is suited for someone who is looking for a challenging leadership role and is capable to slice and dice large datasets.Job Deliverables: Manage a team of 40 plus Associates, responsibilities include but not limited to roster management, daily work assignment and tracking, performance management of associates, and achieving daily productivity and quality targets. Carry out data analysis of large data sets to firstly find the root cause of problems and secondly come up with a logical plan of action to resolve the same. Develop regular reports for various quality related parameters. Be capable to take fast paced decisions in a highly ambiguous environment Develop a deep understanding on how capacity related mechanisms work in Amazon Conduct daily training and also will be responsible to conduct daily skill huddles Provide qualitative feedback to the Associsates. Conceive and drive pilot projects to improve the operational mechanisms of the site. Stand-in for Process Associate and the Area Manager, Basic Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Computer science, Data Science or any other related field. Leadership capability to handle a large team. Minimum work experience of 3 years in quantitative data analysis Proficiency in SQL is mandatory. Expert level Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory Preferred Qualifications. Knowledge of Bengali language will be an added advantage. Experience of leading a large team will be an added advantage. Knowledge of how Databases are structured will be an added advantage
