Job Description

    - Develop long term plan as well as Annual Operating Plan for the assigned accounts- Achieve the Account level PnL including targets for key metrics such as Revenue, Expenses, SLAs and others.- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across Corporate, Business, Finance and IT functions of assigned accounts.- Act as a single point contact for the assigned accounts both internally and externally.- Develop detailed business requirements that can be used to create product specifications & tech architecture for the account.- Handle complaints, escalations and issues in a timely and effective manner.- Develop and drive the product strategy & vision for the account.- Work closely with internal technology, product, operations and sales team to launch and improvise products.- Manage product roadmap & prioritization keeping consumer experience, business metrics and other factors in mind.- Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning.- Understanding of Supply Chain Financing- Understanding of sales performance metrics.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.,
