Job Description

    B2B Marketing Lead- Sales -Agrochemical Industry Experience : - Knowledge in Agro chemical related surfactants/dispersant/ wetting products, pesticide formulations . - Experience in commercial, B2B marketing or technical service role is desired- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power point. Qualification:- MBA (Marketing)- BE / M.Sc/B.Sc Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture with 3+ years of experience in Agro Chemicals Formulation (Pesticides formulation) / Adjuvants for pesticides (Dispersant/Surfactant) industry.Skills: - Identify, develop, generate and scout new business growth opportunities and thus initiating contact with potential new customers in the industry through - cold calling-, face to face meetings, trade shows, seminars, - Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level to drive a deeper adoption of the Cos Alkly, Aryl and Naphthalene based dispersing /wetting agents. - Analyse the need of the (potential) customers and collect all vital information in order to be able to inform the SME about the overall details of the (potential) project (what, why, who, when) to ensure that our products fully meet the clients product formulation requirements - Create strong business relationship with decision makers and key buyers of new and existing clients in the crop protection market - Establish executive level relationships with the new clients and promote the companys value proposition. - Contribute to long term and short term Business strategy in generating, developing, and realising business growth opportunities - Driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical targets to optimize revenue from with existing customers & new development. - Forecast on short terms and long terms basis in the region. - Constantly review sector focus to ensure productive and new business efforts - Analyse data trends, prepare and conduct presentations, and drive effective communications through phone, face-to-face, and video conference - Maintain operational excellence for information on market activity and budgetary forecasting - Willingness to travel - Ability to understand customer needs and identify market trends. A collaborative, solutions- orientated approach, strong communication skills and negotiation skills. - Highly refined product demonstration skills and the collation of prospect feedback from technical and service perspectives - Should have handled the entire sales process. - Good interpersonal skills with strong team-building skills and positive attitude,
