  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

      • Key Responsibilities : A: Responsible for administration and maintenance of highly available enterprise ServersB: Monitor performance, errors, and warnings on Linux systemsC: Troubleshoot performance problems and propose short term fixes and long-term solutionsD: Refresh data from one environment to another at the request of the application development staffE: Follow, maintain, and produce in-house documentation for repeatable processesF: Follow ITIL practices for Change Management
      • Technical Experience : A: Provide L2 L3 support on Linux servers hosted on VMware, OCI, Azure cloud infrastructureB: Installation, Configuration and administration of Linux Servers - VM, PhysicalC: Good knowledge on High availability Cluster, VCS, PCS D:Performance tuning and OS hardeningE: OEL or RHEL OS upgradeF: RedHat satellite server or Spacewalk support and maintenanceG: Good Knowledge on Linux NIS, AD, LDAP, PAM and User ManagementH: Good Knowledge of troubleshooting skills in a support environment
      • Professional Attributes : Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision Flexible to work in 24x7 shift
