Job Description

You will ensure on-time delivery and effective resolution of field related incidents/requests thereby ensuring business continuity.What we are looking forMust-Have:

  • Hands on Experience in CICS/TS Administration, should be able to manage CICS/transaction server regions and associated subsystems,
  • Experience in CICS PLEX groups and members, Installation, upgrades, patch fixing and problem diagnosis and troubleshooting experience
  • Install, configure and maintain CICS/TS software to support the normal business operation of Customer applications and other software components associated with CICS
  • Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, problem solving and perform administrative activities for CICS. Monitor and ensure optimal performance for CICS regions
  • Perform application/system related region modification upon request, Supply support for maintenance of CICS system level datasets, Create/manage/administer CICS instances
  • Define and maintain CICS region connections (MRO/ISC), manage connections to DB2/IMS etc
Good to have :
  • IMS DC/Datacom DC, WAS/MQ administration
Minimum Qualification:
  • 15 years of full-time education
  • Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
