Job Description

The Senior Team manager must have excellent Technical and problem solving skills and be able to demonstrate how they are applied within a global support environment. Excellent communication skills are a must for this position. Technical skills should complement the problem solving and communication skills to deliver a highly effective individual who is capable of adding real value individually and through a team. Ensure accurate, timely and quality delivery of services provided within a risk free controlled environment, to ensure Client s overall client satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Handle minimum 8 to 10 team members Communication should be strong to interact with Team members, clients and manager both verbal and written Should be demonstrating leadership skills and represent the calls and team. Should be having knowledge about TLM config(all components) /ETL(Informatica)/Support function. Good Team player and should be providing SME level support to team Willingness to adopt new technology and business process Understand requirement or related documents Should take care of team in absence of AVP Should be able to troubleshoot environment, data control and operational issues. Encourage and help team to take initiative to Automate and streamlining the process using scripts and scheduling tool Provide regular progress updates to the functional manager/ team Manager. Should have good client and management exposure High potential to deliver defect free service Should demonstrate proactive actions to highlight issues and risks Should have exposure to conduct meetings, client relationship etc Good understanding of SDLC process Should have good analytical skill Unix and SQL knowledge is good to have for analysis Must have exposure to handling small team. Should be subject matter expert in domain and should have management exposure Key Skills Experience of TLM configuration toolkits e.g. TLM Control, Smart Studio, Recon Admin, Smart schema Must have Worked on TLM Recs Premium and / or version 2.7 Basic of SQL and SQL script programming Basic of UNIX and UNIX script programming Desirable Skills Relevant experience in one or more specific technical areas, reconciliations experience will be an added advantage. Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation. Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members. Qualifications Bachelor Degree or above from an accredited college or university (or equivalent) Experience 8 to 12 years of experience Employment Type Permanent Benefits,
