Job Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE Ensure uniform customer experience through standardized processes
      • Ensure that standard operating procedures for sales are designed and monitor adherence to the same
      • Monitor and act upon the internal audit reports for deviations from standard procedure
    Ensure authorization of all Sales Bookings, Letter of Allotments and Agreement for Sale
      • Ensure all booking s are authorized post verification of required KYC documents
      • Complete the initial billing to customer in SAP/SFDC
      • Ensure the title documents are executed in the drafts issued and approved by legal team
      • Checking each and every document to be executed and ensure no erroneous document is sent to customer
    Execution of Special Transactions in SAP / CRM / SFDC
      • Relevant IOM approval is in place before proceeding to preparation of format required to do special transactions in SAP
      • To complete the Transaction in system in specified TAT
      • To update corresponding team about completion of the transaction
    Ensure resolution of Queries raised by Process and Statutory Auditors
      • Ensure that all required data is provided to Auditors as per their request
      • Discuss the Observations mentioned by auditors in their reports and appropriate resolutions to the same
      • Ensure documentation and approval for deviation, i.e. deviations about schedule of payments and giving a grace period, waiver of interest etc.,
    Implementation of Process Changes in SAP / SFDC
      • Ensure each process change is configured in SAP/SFDC
      • Coordinate with Business Application team for configuration changes required to be done to effect the process change in the current system
      • Ensure proper system testing prior to Go-live of system after implementing process change
    Implementation of Newly Launched Projects in SAP / SFDC
      • Gathering information required to configure the project in SAP / SFDC
      • Preparation of formats for upload of data in SAP / SFDC in coordination with Business Applications team
      • Configure the organizational structure of the new project in SAP / SFDC
      • Ensure proper system testing prior to Go-live of system after implementation of new project
    Escalation of issues encountered by CRM/Sales/Support team pertaining to SAP / SFDC
      • Issues which can be resolved with the help of Internal business application team should be referred to them
      • Issues required to be escalated to External Consultant should be done through Business Application Team
    Ensure execution of mutually agreed expectations with following functions
      • Co-ordinate with Liaison to receive amended approvals in each projects
      • Co-ordinate with Finance on pricing changes, quarterly budgets, statutory compliances etc.
      • Co-ordinate with Legal on various legal drafts and customer litigation matters
    QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
    • Graduation from Any Stream (Preferable B. Com)
    KEY BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES (Minimum 4 Competencies) ,
