Job Description

    Key skills required for the job are: n Manufacturing Consulting-L2, (Mandatory) . t6-8 years of business consulting experience backed by enterprise systems awareness with global/ Indian clients n Should have ideally advised clients in chemical industry (Agrochemicals, petrochemicals, Industrial chemicals) and/or metals ( steel/ aluminum)/ paper and packaging, cement in areas of supply chain - warehousing automation, inbound and outbound logistics, procurement, WMS/ TMS n Familiar with Industry 4.0 Solutions, Enterprise Transformation through SAP S4/HANA or other leading ERPs/ enterprise solutions, Salesforce and Supply Chain solutions, Control Tower Technologies, Procurement and CX Solutions, M&A IT/OT integration n Engage with clients in digital transformation engagements, leveraging ERP (S4/HANA) / leading SCM packages/ CRM(Salesforce), opportunistically influence existing programs to further digital strategy n Experienced in working with business users in na) Project Management of med sized consulting engagements nb) Responsible for requirements gathering, interactions with business users, business SME and helping them formulate their requirements nc) Identify critical data elements and map business metadata with technical metadata nd) Conducting workshops and developing user journeys n Familiar with next gen digital technologies and their application in the process manufacturing clients businesses - AI/ML, 5G, Block-chain, immersive technologies As a Domain Consultant in one of the industry verticals, you are responsible for implementation of roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements and functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributes to projectplanning. You are expected to contribute to solution building for the client and practice. Should be able to handle higher scale and complexity and proactive in client interactions. ,
