By getting more from technology to get more from life.We have an opportunity in our Santa Clara office for a Market Development Engineer.Candidate will be will be in the Global Key Account team with a goal of supporting our objectives in revenue growth, share gain at our customer, opportunity identification and portfolio analysis for demand creation.Candidate will thru his analysis of anticipating markets needs, analyzing customer DNA, comparing competition portfolio to ST offers, help to define short to long-term strategy.Additionally, the selected candidate will look for new sockets and new upcoming areas to increase the sales of ST products., Technical Marketing:
    • Create application guides and presentations for our solutions and products
    • Support sales and marketing efforts as required
    • Support create competitive analysis for relevant applications and products
    • Create product designs that fulfill strategic goals while integrating the needs of marketing, sales and manufacturing departments
    Strategic Marketing:
    • Evaluate market needs, existing competition and potential costs.
    • Identifies, defines, and solves problems considers oneself able to come up with creative solutions to problems
    • Strategic thinker who uses data to make key decisions likely developed through experience
    • Excellent critical and analytical thinking skills combined with methodical experimentation and documentation practices
    • Ability to look beyond the data and pick up on trends and patterns
    Qualifications:
    • Ability to effectively contribute in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
    • Excellent interpersonal communications skills, both oral and written.
    • High comfort level with reading and writing detailed technical specifications
    • Ability to work with Excel spreadsheets, Word, PowerPoint, email, calendars, etc.
    • Extensive customer and field experience is a must.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity.
    • Team player that works well in collaborative situations and start-up environments.
    • Natural leadership skills and the ability to work with all teams in the company.
    Minimum Requirements:
    • Education Level Required Bachelor s Level Degree, BSEE or MIS preferred.
    • Years of Work Experience - 4 to 6
