Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than 38 900 people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:You are in charge of the team of Material planning officers and/or Supplier Delivery performance managers, taking care of the definition and control of adequate inventory level of sourced materials, Delivery Scheduling (Scheduling Agreements/Call offs) processing and managing Suppliers deliveries and risks, according to Production / Operations / Installation requirements.RESPONSIBILITIES: Material scheduling / Calculate ABC Classification - Once in 6 monthsMaterial scheduling / Manage Stock Policy and Size Inventory Levels - Adhere to Hard Inventory targets agreed with finance (Material scheduling / Define & Control Buy Material Master Data)Material scheduling / Monitor MRP Run - & ensure accuracy of schedules based on scope & quota of supplierMaterial scheduling / Manage Material Net Demand - Adhere to MPS requirement and site business requirementMaterial scheduling / Manage Material Availability (missing parts) - Ensure material availability before start of Production, Monitor RCA and action plan to maintain missing parts % within target(Material scheduling / Manage Material Scheduling activities at project /product initialization and Change)(Material scheduling / Manage Material Scheduling activities at project /product closure)Material scheduling / Manage Excess Stock - Monitor & Manage excess stock, slow moving, non movingProcurement / Manage Specific Conditions for Vendors - Ensure supplier adherence to specific condition agreed in Supply Chain Specifications documentProcurement / Manage Purchasing Document for Stock Items - Follow Purchasing flows guidelines as per Material Planning & SDPM handbook based on ABC classificationProcurement / Manage Acknowledgement of Purchasing Document for Stock Items - Get the confirmations on firm schedules lines from suppliers through supplier portalProcurement / Follow-Up Needs Expression & Deliveries - Ensure firm and forecast schedule visibility to suppliers, secure delivery commitments on firm schedules, monitor and challenge the deviations with suppliers to secure on time material availabilityProcurement / Manage Capacity Self-Declarations - Co-ordinate with SDPM team and suppliers to get capacity declarations every 6 monthsProcurement / Manage Supply Chain & Capacity audit - With support of SDPM team, arrange Supply Chain & Capacity audits at suppliers, Monitor improvements actions as per audit, ensure supplier capacities are as per business requirements, plan and monitor actions to improve the capacity if not meeting business requirements Procurement / Consolidate Vendor Demand Multi-Business / Multi-SiteProcurement / Coordinate Delivery Crisis Solving - Forecast delivery issues from suppliers and plan mitigation actions accordingly. Manage the delivery crisis situations so as to have minimum impact on site requirementsFunction Internal Standards / Identify Needs & Define Requirements for Internal Standards, Define, Improve & Validate Internal Standards, Manage Internal Standards DeploymentFunction External Standards / Identify Needs & Define Requirements, Contribute to External Standards Definition, Improvement & Validation, Manage Impact of External Standards on Processes & Tools, Manage External Standards & Regulations DeploymentFunction Human Resources / Manage Jobs & Skills, Training & Qualification, Workforce, Staffing & organizationBehavioral and Technical Skills / Competencies.
