  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1- Primary focal point for client for any topic related to Window/Vmware Administration 2- Manage daily Operations review meetings and provide data metrics to client/Management 3- Work on incident, change and request management as per ITIL standerds 4- Drive the action items derived from the meetings towards closure 5- Responsible for planning and coordinating Major Activities, Service Introductions and Transition
      • Technical Experience : 1, Sound knowledge of 2-3 Years in VMware / WINDOWS v60, v70, v75 Installation, Configuration and upgradation administration on Windows and Windows environments 2, P2V, V2V and P2P migrations using VMware Converter 3, Excellent knowledge on DRS, vMotion, SV motion, Storage Concepts, File structure, VMFS 50, 60 4, VCB and VMware Data Recovery knowledge will be an additional plus 5, Knowledge of Microsoft systems including, Active Directory
      • Professional Attributes : 1, Strong technology skills, good communication and documentation skills and strong troubleshooting skills 2, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with exceptional attention to detail 3, Good documentation, and organizational skills required
      • Educational Qualification : 1, 15 Years full time education
    • Additional Information : 1, Knowledge and expertise of OS clustering, partitioning and virtualization
