Apply today.The Oracle SCM Business Analyst is a unique opportunity to build innovative and user-friendly solutions in critical business areas such as Operations, Order Management, Configurator, Inventory, Work in Process, Bill of Materials, Shipping, Costing, Engineering, Planning and Receiving, etc.In this role, as the Oracle SCM Business Analyst, you will contribute in a meaningful way to enhance the business systems, procedures, and standards, ensuring quality and delivery of service to customers. Demonstrated ability to document clear business requirements and solutions needed to meet business requirements and to translate the requirements into functional designs for ERP, 3rd party add-ons, extensions, and interfaces.Your responsibilities as an Oracle SCM Business Analyst at Linx Printing Technologies, include:

  • Functional design, implementation, and support of new Oracle EBS functionality.
  • Work in partnership with business to understand and document their business processes, issues, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Manage user and stakeholder expectations and robustly assess all requests for additional or non-standard developments.
  • Document clear requirements, prepare functional design documents, monitor project progress, and test solutions prior to release to users for further user testing.
  • Research new functionality troubleshoot problems and escalate into Service Requests as needed. Act as a consultant to business counterparts to improve the usage of existing system solutions.

customer-focused attitudeYour Education and/or Background Experience will include:
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven Oracle R12 Supply Chain experience is must, particularly in the manufacturing industry
  • Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc. or any other equivalent educational qualifications
  • Solid understanding of best practices in ERP usage and ability to bring a consulting approach to help business solve issues and challenges. Proven experience working with external ERP Support partners to investigate, research, recommend and test patches, functionality, and processes.
  • Technical skills, including administering SQL Server, writing PL/SQL queries, SQL queries and stored Procedures is desirable. Experience using SSIS, SSRS and QlikView is desirable.
  • English language spoken and written fluency required; second language proficiency preferred. French speaking knowledge is a plus. Keen attention to detail; solid organizational and time management skills.
