IntroductionAs a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWho you are:

• You will be supporting Solution s end to end for proposals and project delivery.
• You will provide Technical Solution architecture throughout project lifecycle (Business development, Presale, Scoping, Design, Development, Ongoing operations).
• Provide functional and business process expertise and participate in design activities and a gap analysis prior to the implementation
• Responsible for successful delivery of Procure To Pay (MM) module implementations in client engagement

• Detailed skill requirements:
  • Expertise on MM Organization Structure Plant, Storage Location, Purchase Organization, Purchasing Group and their assignments
  • Expertise on MM master data
  • Expertise on Sourcing RFQ, Contract
  • Expertise on Operational Procurement Release Procedure
  • Expertise on MRP
  • Expertise on Pricing Tax Procedures
  • Expertise on Account Determination and Split Valuation MM-FI integration
  • Expertise on Special Procurement processes Stock Transfers, Special Stocks
  • Expertise on Inventory Management and Logistics processes Batch Management, Movement Types
  • Expertise on Service Procurement
  • Expertise on Logistics Invoice Verification
  • Integration of MM with other modules SD, PP, WM, QM

What you ll do:

• Assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP solutions, including design, configuration, and testing.
• Identify appropriate services and align all solutions with business and IT solution owners
• Lead client workshops , assessment of AS-IS , understand requirements in detail to be able to build an optimum solution
• Customize and configure SAP MM end-to-end business processes.
• Support project organization for integration and user acceptance test together with the client teams from business
• Give back and share project expertise and knowledge with wider IBM organization helping IBM to serve other clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 8+ Years of SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of which 1 year in SAP HANA SCM MM module.
• Minimum 3 SAP implementations, one must be global in nature.
• Minimum 1 project experience in SAP S/4 Hana.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail functional specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support
• Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Should have SAP HANA SCM MM (Materials Management) functional experience including Sourcing, Operational Procurement, Invoicing, Inventory Management and Logistics processes.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Should have proven project based experience with SAP S/4 Hana design and build implementation work (versions 1511, 1610, 1709, 1809) would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of Ariba would be an added advantage
