Job Description

    • Project Role Description :Define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1; Provide day to day operational support for the Infrastructure Security Management Service 2; Quickly respond, troubleshoot and implement resolutions for client issues 3; Should be able to meet the defined SLAs for service delivery signed by the clients 4; Lead the operations team 5; Vendor management to support Infrastructure security infrastructure 6; Handle troubleshooting and diagnosis to find root cause of incident 7; Implements security solutions infrastructure
        • Technical Experience : 1; Strong experience working on implementation, configuration and administration of NextGen Firewalls ie PaloAlto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA and Checkpoint 2; Excellent Hands on experience on implementation, configuration and administration of Proxy services ie Zscaler Bluecoat 3;Team management Incident handling skills, use case management, risk assessment
        • Professional Attributes : 1; Should have excellent customer handling skills 2; Good verbal and written communication 3; Should able to lead team of 6 resource 4; 24X7 operational management not shift Flexibility to work in shifts and provide after-work hours and weekend on-call support as and when required
      • Educational Qualification : Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience
