Job description: People Advisor Specialist Job Summary: The Human Resources People Advisor SPL will provide integrated Human Resources services to employees traveling to GCP in Rest of the World (ROW) Countries. (on an average approximately 50 travelers per month) The role will require ensuring a smooth HR Delivery of the GCP processes end to end while meeting the SLAs and service delivery timelines. This involves dealing with business leads of the projects and the employees, building a rapport with different stakeholders such as HR POCs, PMSD, Finance, Compensation, GCP Operations etc. in order to ensure a smooth transition of employees from India to the host country. Key Responsibilities: Work with employees and projects seamlessly to ensure a smooth GCP enablement while meeting the SLAs and compliances (on an average approximately 50 travelers per month) Proactively monitor, report and help resolve issues or situations within the assigned countries for the GCP pre-departure process Interact with onshore HR PA teams to resolve any employee issues, understand changes / updates in immigration processes etc. Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations and relationships with respective stakeholders (internal and external) To suggest and implement process improvement ideas at the overall GCP level to make the process better, develop new and improve existing program policies and processes Maintain internal systems or process to ensure policies and processes are kept current and up to date Publish internal reports on a regular basis and on request Reporting: Reports to: GCP ROW Team Lead External Relationships: Various stakeholders such as ATCI project business leads, PMSD teams, HRSS team, Finance, Compensation, CIO etc. as appropriate Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Hands-on employee relations experience preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Should have good excel knowledge and able to work well with power point presentations Additional Skills: Coaching, Conflict Management and change management Business and Industry knowledge and acumen Change Management,
