We are looking for a competent HR Professional who will have following job responsibilites:Purpose: Drive HR and people agenda related actions in the unit and contribute to the development of them. Provide support and advice for leaders and drive the actions that support the achievement of business objectives. Ensure unit has the needed talent base and competences to meet the business needs now and in the future as well as a culture that engages and motivates employees to meet the strategic objectives.Responsibilities: 1. Drive HR and people agenda in the unit and collaborate with business stakeholders in executing these actions2. Understand business environment, drivers and requirements and contribute to turn them into HR and people priorities and actionable plans which are shared and aligned with Center of Expertise (CoE) and HR Services teams3. Scan local market trends and current way of operating to identify gaps and feed these into Unit HR, CoE and HR Services teams4. Collect feedback from different stakeholders and share it actively with Unit HR, CoE and HR Services teams5. Promote HR services and different ways to use them to different user segments in the unit 6. Drive the alignment and consistency by securing implementation and maintenance of HR policies, processes and systems in the unit to ensure HR is aligned with the business strategy and goals7. Participate to organization design as needed (e.g. initiate/define need for reduction in force, provide input headcount/employment cost planning and to organizational restructurings)8. Participate to mergers and acquisitions as needed (due diligence, development and deployment of integration plan)9. Secure people and their competence levels meet current and future business needs (long and short term workforce planning, deployment of strategic workforce plan, monitor and analyse headcount cost development)10. Drive and provide insights to succession planning, talent pipelines and pools, staffing of key positions11. Assess, coach and develop different teams to ensure leadership effectiveness and coherence together with respective leader12. Coach line managers on ongoing basis to support the achievement of business targets13. Drive performance development in the unit to secure right people with right competence profile in right place14. Advise and coach line managers on reward and recognition topics15. Drive and maintain KONE culture development and change programs in the unit16. Deliver the analysis and action planning for employee engagement surveys and follow up progression in the unit17. Act as change and communication champion in the unit to facilitate different change initiatives and readiness for them 18. Measure and track performance to see whether the HR investments made deliver the intended value19.
