Job Description

    Regional ManagerOur client is a manufacture of Health care Devises and equipment ( Consumables) based out of Bangalore - Need the team to expand sales operations at all India Level- Promotes products in line with the Product strategy and Product positioning in coordination with Product Managers- Owns the Sales goals for the region product wise, segment wise on Sales value, Sales volume and market share- Prepares monthly and quarterly plan for achieving the sales goals and implements it to achieve the goals- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with all concerned at Corporate hospitals to achieve sales goals- Establishing direct contacts with hospitals, doctors, purchase officials, users and promotes products- Addressing and resolving complaints and issues with customers in coordinating with relevant functions of the company- Negotiating contracts with Key corporate customers and monitoring the sales performance - Coordinating with the Stockists / distributors for meeting customer requirements on on-time delivery, availability of products and ensuring Stockists / distributors perform as per the contracts- Regular periodic reporting to National Sales Manager on sales - product wise, segment wise, customer wise, customer issues, performance of stockists,
