        • Key Responsibilities : 1-The Web Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring and administering/managing all IBM WebSphere application server,Tomcat,IHS,Apache,IIS,MQ and Datapower environments 2- Installing, configuring and administering/managing WebSphere Application Server WAS 3-Configuring and integrating applications with Single-SignOn SSO and SAML 4-Triaging and resolving issues with WebSphere and associated technologies Trouble shooting of WAS environment and applications Analyze JVM logs
        • Technical Experience : 1-Performance tuning WAS and other tech, by configuring caching, queuing, pooling, heapsize and optimizing other JVM parameters 2-Work with Enterprise Architecture team and development teams for various Application servers installation,tuning and troubleshooting 3-Writing Python, Unix shell Scripting for administration 4-Involve in ongoing research,development and testing of WebSphere,IBM HTTP Server, Tomcat , IIS and Security Vulnerability 5-Participating in an On-Call rotation of staff
        • Professional Attributes : 1- Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2- Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision 3- Flexible to work in 24/7 shift
