    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Hands-on experience of managing on premises Exchange and O365 Exchange in a high-pressure environment across multiple regions and multiple entities 2 Knowledge of Transport Rules and of SMTP Relay, Knowledge of TLS and SMTP Connectors Mailbox administration and Troubleshooting, Mailbox/E-mails restoration/Recovery/Archive/eDiscovery and NDR troubleshooting -Maintain detailed understanding of all activities in the focus technology 3 supported by the client in the current environment
        • Technical Experience : 1 Knowledge of Online MS Exchange/Teams Office 365L2/L3 and MS Exchange Server 2010/2013/2016/2019 concepts 2 Experience in experience in free/busy and Calendar troubleshooting, Troubleshooting skills for Common Exchange Online, SharePoint Online , Teams , Onedrive and On-Prem issues 3 Ability to map customer requirements to a solution approach 4 Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange, preferably in a hybrid environment, Good knowledge of the Exchange Admin portal and its different functions
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at various levels of organization Ability to operate independently with little direct supervision
