Job Description

    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at our company, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, setting appointments, and building strong relationships with prospects. You will manage leads and follow-ups, understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services, and stay up-to-date with industry trends. You will interact with target prospects, provide high-level value propositions, and negotiate with gatekeepers to book appointments. Your role will also involve understanding all our services and effectively communicating their benefits to prospects in order to help them discover compelling reasons to opt for our offerings. Responsibilities: 1. Generate qualified leads and set appointments for clients business. 2. Build strong relationships with prospects and follow-ups. 3. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services. 4. Interact with target prospects and provide high-level value propositions to generate appointments. 5. Understand all services offered and effectively communicate their benefits to prospects. 6. Discover clients compelling reasons to opt for our services. Skills Required: 1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in voice processes (B2B/B2C), with outbound lead generation experience. 2. 1 to 5 years of outbound calling experience, specifically in international sales. 3. Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills. 4. Intermediate understanding of using MS Office tools, Google Docs, or other cloud-based applications. 5. Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (preferred) or Bachelors Degree.
