Job Description

    • Serve as a trusted adviser and business partner to the NA Commercial Sales Leadership team
    • Develop analyses, key performance indicator (KPI) metrics, and presentations that will provide insight and direction to sales leadership
    • Use your deep knowledge of the business to build financial models and performance metrics for fiscal year planning
    • Provide forecast and pipeline analytics that will improve the leadership team s ability to guide the business and surpass targets
    • Effectively collaborate with other business support teams like operations, marketing, and global finance on deliverables as needed
    • Work extended hours during quarter or year-end periods when required
    • Develop an understanding of Red Hat s workflows and a deep understanding of our policies
    • Partner with our global shared services team on deliverables and special projects
    • Continuously look for ways to improve productivity or the level of services provided to the business
    • Tackle ad hoc tasks as needed and juggle multiple projects and initiatives
    • Be team focused and advise, support, guide, and motivate colleagues
    What you will bring
    • 5+ years of experience in a financial analyst or similar capacity
    • Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a similar capacity; Master s or MBA is a plus
    • Expert level Excel or Google Sheets skills with complex formulae writing and automation capability
    • Well-versed in business tools like Tableau, Anaplan, Google suite, Salesforce, etc.
    • Executive presence with exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills
    • Ability to be flexible, pivot quickly, take on ad hoc tasks as needed, etc.
    • Excellent cross-collaboration skills with ability to take the lead on projects
    • Motivated with the ability to work on your own and with little guidance
