Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesSupport organisation of Off-road Drive Evaluations and Jury Evaluations Contribute to Fresh Eye reviews of Futuring & Gap Analysis work with respect to 4WD systems Global competition analysis and futuring for all new vehicle programs involving 4WD systems Conduct detailed vehicle evaluations of 4x4 capabilities of competition vehicles and identify areas of improvements Collect off-road vehicle reviews and maintain data base for all competition vehicles. 4WD system testing and objective data capturing Hardware selection and finalization for 4 X4 system Root cause analysis and resolution plan for field failures, validation/RGA concerns and closure in 4WD systemsExperience3 to 5Industry PreferredAutomotive manufacturing and R & DQualificationsBTech (Mechanical)Functional CompetencyNovice Vehicle Evaluator.(Expert Off-road driving skills) Vehicle Sub Systems understanding.
