Do it here.What you ll be doing.You will be leading a dynamic development organization driving Verizon s adoption of internal next generation identity and access management offerings. Your team will turn requirements into reality through both development and operational excellence. You will be on the forefront of a growing organization supporting Verizon s corporate information security mission.

  • Blend of technical and managerial skills to lead a technical development organization.
  • Maintain a strong partnership with U.S. based corporate information security IAM leaders.
  • Lead the development of custom features and implementations in ForgeRock s SSO application.
  • Support continued development within suite of Broadcom SSO applications until sunset.
  • Grow and develop a robust team of software developers.
  • Perform talent assessments, coaching sessions, and career development sessions with developers and other technical managers.
  • Lead the integration, migration and operation support team for smooth business operations.
What we re looking for.Youll need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
  • Masters degree.
  • Five or more years of experience managing technical development teams.
  • Eight or more year s of software development experience.
  • Experience with identity and access management processes and systems.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to effectively work in a team environment among resources with a varying degree of technical competencies.
  • Strong organizations and time management skills working in a rapid software development environment.
  • Ability to identify and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with BroadCom Siteminder or ForegRock.
  • Relevant vendor / vendor neutral certification will be added advantage.
  • Information Security domain knowledge.
