Job Description

    - More than 6+ years of experience in logistics operation (B2C experience is must)- Full understanding of the requirements of running logistic operation- Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers- Billing reconciliation Of courier partners, 3PL WHs, vendors, etc and timely payment for all the parties- Reconciliation of marketplace channels bills and charges.- Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance- Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements- Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs and negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics provider. Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues and review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to others- Good IT skills, in particular spread sheets and databases and a knowledge of warehouse systems- Analytical and numericalThis job opening was posted long time back.
