    • Designation: Senior Sales Manager
    • Qualification:Graduation
    • Experience: minimum 3 years in International BPO
    • Salary:up to 4.2 LPA(excluding incentives)
    • Working Days:Mon - Sat
    • Job Location:Jharsuguda (Odisha)
    • Tentative Joining Date:Immediate joiners preferred

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Find prospects and leads
    • Learn details about our products and services
    • Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
    • Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
    • Handling outbound and inbound calling
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
    • Build and maintain professional networks
    • Achieve daily sales target
    • Prepare and present reports when needed
    • Report to management team
    Required Skills:
    • Candidate must be persuasive and confident with excellent English speaking skills
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
    • Candidate must be energetic, polite and be able to adapt to a new competitive environment
