Job Description

    *1 Job environment
    • Part of a Global Program initiated by Power Products and Power System BUs intent to develop innovative Electrical distribution power and digital architetcure and value engineer solutions of the assigned Segemnts focus on IMEA and APAC
    • The role of Senior Solutions Architect is to develop state-of-the-art electrical distribution architectures to reinforce Schneider Electric competitiveness
    • In close collaboration with the project leader, under the leadership of segments, the technical leader will :
      • Engage high level discussions with customers to capture expressed and unexpressed requirements.
      • Convert those requirements in power systems architectures magnifying Schneider Electric catalogue strengths.
    • Support our customer with high level expertise in power generation, grid connection, electrical system design, protection plan (MV/LV), power automation and monitoring, Cloud based control.
    2 Application knowledge s
    • Understand customer applications and process (key performances indicators, constraints, operation, customer roles & responsibility),
    • Contribute to technical discussions with customers to capture actual application needs
    3 Power systems and IT expertise
    • Contribute to the definition of optimized and competitive MV/LV power systems architecture based on Schneider Electric catalogue
    • Build appropriate reference architectures, technical materials and documentations to promote our solutions emphasizing on differentiation and customer benefits.
    • Strong knowledge in power systems engineering (network simulation, protection, power electronics conversion, power quality, reliability)
    • Ability to Value Engineer the customer solutions
    • Very good knowledge of Schneider Electric offers (MV, LV, UPS, monitoring & control, relays)
    • Experience with devices to cloud architecture (protocol, software, architecture)
    4 Training deployment
    • In close collaboration with the project leader and channel leaders (across APAC, IMEA), contribute to the definition of training plan
    • Participate to face-to-face training session to internal Sales teams and external stakeholders End Users, Specifiers, Panel Builders and Contractors
    6 Business support
    • Upon request from segment, organize and deliver technical support to sales and execution organization
    • Visit customers in Asia-Pacific and Middle East Africa region to facilitate workshops

    • Masters degree in Power Systems is a plus
