Join us today and release yours.About this roleService Operations providing (24/7) support to customers on services included within the private line and data product sets. This support includes accepting and progressing faults received directly from end customers and BT interfaces. It also includes proactive network surveillance and progressing faults to resolution with suppliers and vendors.Youll have the following responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:q Co-ordinates maintenance and repair of the telecommunications and ancillary electronic equipment.q Work in a 24/7 service centre environment interfacing directly with end customers, various BT distributors and customer service centres. q Responsible for monitoring network and management systems performance by identifying customer traffic and customer impacting system problems. q Implementing changes.q Closure of changes in TSB s Service Now tool within 30 minutes following the completion of any change implemented by BT.q Work with BT partners and end customers to coordinate inter working testing and fault isolation / repair.q Analyse complex equipment problems and provide recommendations and coordination of repairs or replacement of associated faulty equipment.q Manages repairs requiring knowledge of procedures utilised within the international market place. Including recording data of significant complexity. q Analyses data and prepares reports detailing results. q Responsible for driving suppliers to repair on associated access circuit faults. Youll have the following skills & experienceQualifications:q Graduateq CCNAq 3-5 years related work experience.Skills/Experience:q Current Cisco certifications preferred.q Technical knowledge on technologies such as Cisco networks (including ACI), F5 load balancers (both LTMs and GTMs), Infoblox and Bluecoat Proxies.Good level of English (both spoken and written).COVID-19 Notice: We ve changed our recruitment process so that we can continue to offer exciting opportunities in BT.
