Job Description

Execution of project works, which are 1000 to 2000/3000 sqft area of each store like standalone and food courts etc.
Completing the handover formalities from Project team to maintenance & operation team.
Responsible for managing primary interior work, responsible for site measurement, elevations etc.
Responsible for coordinating with design team for the availability of drawings.
Responsible other duties related to interior designing work.
Responsible for manage all completion of work in timely manner.
Vendor bill finalized and submitted to corporate office.
Follow-up with corporate purchase team for equipment delivered on time before opening store.
Making tentative BOQ of civil work and entire store budget.
Follow up with purchase team for vendors PO released.
I have intimated for schedule activities as per work estimates & highlight to seniors on immediate basis, wherever require.
Weekly progress reports are being circulated as per progress at site.
Planed the work as all level from beginning to the end of the project, Co-ordinated with all vendors & internal department .like BD, design, purchase operation team & vendors.
New site measurement given and send to our design team with all the services point mark in PPT.
