  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1- Ability to work in Incidents, Changes, Requests, Problems and Major Issues independently 2- Performing activities in virtualization with provisioning of LDOM and ZONE including migration P2P and P2V and performing Crash Recovery 3- OS patching using AI server in Solaris 11 4- Troubleshooting in Service and SMF in Solaris 5- Configure different objects using SVM and ZFS and troubleshoot issues 6- Administering SUN SPARC Hardware platform, firmware upgrade and various operations
      • Technical Experience : 1- Candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience on Solaris System Administration in SUN SPARC and x86 platform 2- Troubleshooting and configuration knowledge at L2 level 3- In depth knowledge in managing storage, network , drivers and protocol properties in OS layer 4- Good to have knowledge on RED HAT Enterprise Linux 6,7 patching, volume management and network interface management 5- Certifications in Solaris Administration , RED HAT Enterprise Linux Administration
      • Professional Attributes : 1- Flexible working in 247 support environment 2- Required very good English Communication skills both spoken and written and should be a good Team player too 3- Eagerness to learn New Technologies and positive attitude towards cross-skilling in multiple Technologies
      • Educational Qualification : 1- Engineering Graduate preferably in Computer Science
    • Additional Information : 1- Knowledge on SUN SPARC hardware platform, firmware upgrade, various operations
