Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Drive development of electronic systems for Electric Vehicle such as Charger control unit, BMS, DC-DC converter, Motor Controller, Vehicle Controller etc. as per performance/ quality/ cost/ weight targets and plants manufacturing requirement2. Define performance and reliability test parameters, procedures for such parts3. Keep track of global trends in relevant technology, regulations and develop long term road maps and appropriate work plan4. Benchmarking and generation of ideas for better performance, quality, cost, weight etc.5. Strong analytical skills and working experience on different analyses such as worst case, Monte Carlo, tolerance stack up, power dissipation, stress etc.6. ead cross functional delivery teams, typically encompassing; chassis design and the integration of styling, powertrain and electrical systems, calling upon domain specialist expertise support as required7. Leading technical authority for the company in chosen area, shaping company position on subject, promotes excellence both internally and externally8. Managing and leading simulation, analysis and diagnosis, design, planning, implementation and evaluation of technical systems and problem root cause analysis9. Contributes to the development of design guidelines, tools and techniques, supporting relationships both internally and externally while developing commercial opportunities customer project workExperience12-15 yearsIndustry PreferredOEM, preferably 2 wheelers, Service Industry, Tier 1 SupplierQualificationsBE / B.
