1. Handle independently all electrical and Engineering related jobs2. Testing, commissioning, installation, maintenance and supervising of Automation systemfor Textile dye house3. Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipments, componentsand installations4. Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown in the processsystem and submit a detailed written report.5. Manage a standing book of electrical equipments, establish the maintenance files of thecompanys electrical equipments and update them timely.6. Should have work knowledge of uploading the necessary automation software in theCONTROL SYSTEM and to edit it as per the requirement.7. Installation and commissioning of new electrical components and fittings.8. Online monitoring of dye machine controller9. Monitoring and maintenance of full automatic power dyestuff system, powder dye storageand weighing system10. To supervise of all electrical control wiring connection, all electrical power controllers andDistribution board.11. To monitoring all HV/LV systems.12. Performing of maintenance electrical backup systems (Generators and UPS)13. Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services14. Prepare the ppm schedule for electrical equipments15. Ensure all electrical machineries and equipments are working smoothly16. Identifying malfunctioning in the equipments and rectify on the spot17. Testing and validating to ensure quality18. Ensure timely maintenance to avoid break ups, ensure continuous flow of work19. Servicing && replacing old/faulty equipment.20. Removing old equipment && installing new machines21. Functional knowledge of textile machineries like.
