Job Description

Ensure adherence to established technology standards and consults with senior leadership on technology solutions. Support existing systems and is responsible for leading technical aspects of a project. Performs additional job duties as required. Lead complex projects and issues within functional technical area and cross functional area Work independently with IT functional units and business units. Recommend strategies for technical aspects of projects as well as broad system improvements. Provide Integration Architecture solutions for securing and mediating SOAP and RESTful web services traffic between Fiserv, external partners, and services. Build Proof of Concept (POC) solutions to evaluate new products and offer next-gen Integration capabilities to the organization. Build security solutions on DataPower using Mutual SSL/TLS authentication, OAuth, HMAC, ws-sec digital signatures, encryption, decryption, and LDAP. Build API Proxies on Apigee platform to provide API management and analytics capabilities and Integrate Apigee with DataPower.Job Requirements:

  • Install, configure, support, and troubleshoot IBM Datapower gateway SOA appliances
  • Must have extensive XSLT, gateway script and Xpath programming experience.
  • Experience implementing API security (API encryption / authentication / JWT / OAuth / SAML / API authentication / application authentication and authorization / DataPower AAA features / LDAP )
  • Working knowledge with Datapower REST/JSON
  • Working experience with understanding, modifying and writing Soma scripts
  • Hands on scripting experience using shell, python, perl scripting languages to automate software builds, config management.
  • Strong understanding and experience in installing and managing SSL/Mutual Auth certs
  • Experience in building API proxies on APIGEE Platform and integrate APIGEE with IBM datapower gateways is preferred.
  • Experience in both designing and developing with Business Process Modeling (BPM) tools and Business rules integration
  • Strong knowledge and comprehension of standards, specifications, standard bodies (e.g., XML, UDDI, JMS, Web services, JEE and so on)
  • Strong windows & Unix Background in order to work with Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX environments.
  • Understanding of Network configurations and Firewalls to request firewall rules
  • Ability to take TCP/IP dumps and analyze network packet captures
  • Experience with implementing micro services architecture and build/deploy automated, scalable and maintainable infrastructure.
  • Experience with log parsing technologies like splunk, elk.
  • Strong Communication Skills/Team Player
  • Provide 24x7 Oncall support
  • Follow Standards and Guidelines
  • Good to have financial domain knowledge
  • Familiarity with container technologies Docker, Kubernetes and PCF
  • 10+ yrs. of related technical experience. MS/BS or equivalent work experience. Appropriate Certifications, or equivalent military experience.
