Job Description

.Role: Consultant

  • Skills: RFP preparation, Vendor evaluation and selection, CBS Implementation project governance and management of BFSI sector
  • Technical JD: 7-10 years of experience in implementation of BFSI Projects Hands-on experience in BFSI implementation and projects.
In brief it is as follows:-
  • Ability to drive RFP / RFQ from intimation to successful on boarding of vendors - hands on experience in the area vendor evaluation and selection
  • Knowledge in vendor onboarding
  • Strong knowledge in BFSI products and its functionalities with workflow during implementation phase.
  • Hands on knowledge on BRD preparation/validation, UAT process/Validation, migration process etc.
  • Hands-on strong knowledge in Core Banking Solution & implementation of projects.
  • Knowledge in Digital Banking implementation
  • Knowledge in multiple interfaces required in BFSI
  • Knowledge in ATM switch/Payments system
  • Preferably having pre-sales / consulting experience in project governance and management.
  • Able to handle large size project implementation.
  • Able to present in-front of IT committee/Steering committee of the bank.
.Able to handle vendors and conduct periodic meetings with client and vendors. .Project Management - Control the implementation of proper monitoring tools to achieve the required benchmarks and ensure the provision of support to departmental IT entities and Banks business to facilitate achievement of effective IT operations .Ensure periodic validation of service level approved and service level achieved from the tool deployed in the system, compute penalty against the deviation on achievement towards targeted service level
