Job Description

    TopGear is looking for dynamic, self-starters and go-getters who will be working with cross-functional teams to achieve Wipro s goal of Delivery Transformation. TRM should be adept at preparing and executing short-to-long-term plans by engaging with all stakeholders (Sales, Technical delivery, and Account leadership) across identified territories in Wipro s Delivery organization. The TRM should display an analytical and growth-mindset besides using impact and influence to enable the change in the delivery model. Primary responsibility of the TRM would be to coach/support/nudge delivery teams in using crowdsourcing for their projects. Associated metrics to be achieved would include the % of work that is done through TopGear at a project level, the number of projects that are adopting TopGear and the number of Accounts that are embracing the crowdsourcing model of TopGear. Work responsibility entails operational excellence by driving processes/metrics to make the change sustained and predictable. Ability to execute sales process for depth accounts starting from Suspect to Lead to Order cycle Worked in goal-oriented environments where Target achievement is the KPI and for which healthy pipeline management is a critical success factor Understanding of delivery models Broad appreciation of technology Broad appreciation of challenges in change management and in technology adoption Capability to influence and challenge status quo Capability to take a consultative approach of engagement with various stakeholders to influence them to try services that will transform their way-of-working Capability to articulate benefits linking to Account s operational indices and delivery goals Capability to grow share in both existing and new accounts by providing crowdsourcing solutions Capability to build relationships with influencers and evangelists Capability to implement 4Rs (namely, Repeat, Related, Referral and Research) Capability and readiness to adhere to governance rigors Selling Skills Consulting Skills Relationship Skills,
