Job Description

    VP Growth - UPI/WalletsExpectations/Requirements :- Drive/Execute growth & marketing campaigns for our UPI/Wallet business, focused on key metrics in terms of users/investors/transactions for the business line.- Should be responsible for driving the User Growth, Revenue Growth, Retention, and Engagement of the Platform on a day-to-day basis.- Manage end to end consumer lifecycle management for the business vertical- Monitor customer funnel & identify new levers of growth and apply them to the business- Deploy successful Growth marketing campaigns and take ownership right from ideation to implementation:- Define the product growth and positioning strategy, and develop frameworks to guide the strategic positioning for our product in existing and new markets.- Segment customer base on various transactional/behavioral features & design effective reach out programs for them in the form of these marketing campaigns- Suggest new features/product innovations whenever necessary basis understanding of consumer behaviour.Superpowers/Skills that will help you succeed in this role :- Bachelors degree/P.G in engineering or related field from reputed colleges.- Experience working in a growth-marketing role with minimum 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or related disciplines for internet and/or consumer technology.- Experience partnering and collaborating with product growth to deliver meaningful products and campaigns to the market.- Must be data driven with strong problem solving and analytical skills.- High degree of ownership in taking things to completion- Ability to multitask and work on diverse range of requirements- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle complex negotiations,
