    • Project Role Description :Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Resolution of Production bugs and incidents 2 Resolution of configuration issues in Hybris Backoffice 3 Data product/ machines upload activity using cron jobs 4 Verifying production logs to resolve the issues 5 Punchout functionality knowledge 6 Customer account creation 7 Coordination with Infra and client team for different incidents 8 Working closely with the SAP/ IAM team for incidents resolution
        • Technical Experience : 1 Minor and major enhancements in SAP Hybris 67 2 Knowledge of Data Hub and its integration with Hybris 3 Front end technologies like CSS, HTML, JQUERY and SAP FIORI 4 Deployment in Dev and Quality using Jenkins 5 Knowledge of Release management activities involves knowledge of Github workflow 6 Basic knowledge of Azure Devops
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication and experience interacting with client 2 Strong analytical and leadership skills 3 Experience with handling small to large teams 4 Presentation skills 5 Ability to delivery under defined timelines
