    • Project Role Description :Provides assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud. Plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies driving next-generation business outcomes.

        • Key Responsibilities : 1,Research and resolve technically complex and/or escalated tickets in line with service level commitments and processing deadlines 2,Perform client impact analysis and document root cause analysis findings in follow up to critical production incidents 3,Track handling of support incidents through ticketing system, to include detailed resolution notes to support a knowledgebase repository4,Support Incident Management practices, following established ticketing, escalation, notification procedure
        • Technical Experience : 1, webmethods installation and environment configuration along with administration 2, properties/package deployment in webmethods IS 3, Extensive experience on Performance tuning, Configuration on webmethods 4, Experience with Jenkins 5, Use software support tools to identify, diagnose, and resolve
        • Professional Attributes : 1, The ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively 2, The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt quickly based on the needs of the project 3, The ability to work both independently and as part of a team4, Customer focused and highly cognizant of meeting service level agreement
        • Educational Qualification : Graduate
