Job Description Adeeba E Services are hiring Inbound Technical Support Executives for US Shift (Night Shift).Desired skills:1. 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.2. Must know how to close their own calls. Good communication skills.3. Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.4. Ability to handle customers issues and provide accurate resolution.5.
