Job Description

    You will handle Sales & Business Development of Derma & Skincare products via OTC Route covering the entire East Zone based at Kolkata HQ.You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of RBMs, ABMs & MRs. And achieving high PCPM and target achievement. You will actively work on planning and executing sales & marketing activities / medical promotion using the stockiest & chemist network in the East zone.You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control in Field Force. The candidate should be a strong motivator, self-driven, and should have a good understanding of the OTC Trade.Candidate ProfileGraduate 12-18 yrs in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Third Line Manager handling the promotion of Derma & Skincare products covering entire East Zone OTC Route through the stockiest & chemist based at Kolkata HQ.You should be good in Man Management & Business Development.You should have good experience in conducting activities launching new products and effective implementation of strategies to promote products by OTC Route.Contact Person-Pranali BateMobile hidden_mobilehidden_email,
