Job Description

    Our leading life insurance company in Lucknow is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Relationship Development Manager (ARDM) to join our team. The ARDM will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our agency partners, recruiting new agents, and driving sales growth.Location: Lucknow, Uttar PradeshExperience: 1-2 years in agency channel, selection and grooming of agentsKey Responsibilities:Recruit and train new agents to sell life insurance policies in the agency channelDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partnersDrive sales growth by working closely with agents to achieve targets and goalsMonitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actionsConduct regular training sessions for agents to improve their product knowledge and sales skillsEnsure compliance with company policies and regulationsMaintain accurate records of all sales and agency activitiesCollaborate with other departments within the company to improve overall business performanceRequirements:
